Well, of course there's Optimus Prime (or Bumblebee, or a few others, depending on the continuity). The physical hurdles might be problematic, but I've come across a few nice theoretical work-arounds in my travels 'round the internet.

There's a few anime guys I'd do, as well. Yoji (Weiss Kreuz), Howl (Howl's Moving Castle), and Melan (Brigadoon: Marin and Melan) are at the top of the list. Assuming Melan has the right equipment, being a bio-weapon and all.
