I'm surprised by all these people who say they wouldn't. My boyfriend doesn't have any ex girlfriends, but I'd love for him to tell me about sexy dreams no matter who they featured. If I had a sexy dream about my ex girlfriend I'd tell him all about it. I tell him all my sexual dreams. They're just dreams, not even fantasies. Absolutely no need to be ashamed of them or secretive about them.

As a rule of thumb, I would say don't even think of telling her, but of course there could be outlandish exceptions, like if your wife and ex are on friendly terms and bisexual and interested in threesomes. But let's face it, that's exceedingly rare and probably not gonna happen for ya.
