I think it does. It just makes someone seem more adult, shows that they took time and put thought into looking nice. Even if it's just something like a necklace or a gemstone ring I think jewelry makes a sexy difference.

I said no only because it depends on what they're wearing and how their wearing it. A man with a single necklace, ring, or earing, sexy. A man with a ring on every finger and is dripping with gold, not so much. A woman wearing one classic necklace and studs, classy. A woman wearing 15 necklaces, tons of earings, and more bracelets than she has room for I think looks silly. BUT, that's just my opinion. I don't judge anyone and I encourage everyone to wear what they feel beautiful in.

When the jewelery pieces are tastefully done, accents the outfit and the person wearing it and is not too clunky. Clunky and chunky jewelry is a lot of fun---but not for sexy outfits and seduction.
