I've done it. I was walking down the street with these two girls I knew. It was the middle of summer and they were both in wife beaters (white tank tops) with no bras on. these two both had huge crushes on me and they let me get them soaked as we walked down this semi busy city street. honestly I have no clue what I got them wet with but we were on our way back from the store, so I might of had a gallon of water or two. but there were two guys that stop to try pick them up and they told them to screw and came home with me.
