I actually met my husband at work... Now, ironically, I've started fantasizing about another person we work with (how f'ed up is that? lol) But if you knew how pitiful my sex life and marriage in general was, you would understand.
I would never do anything, though. I'm an extremely loyal person, and it's weird but I don't find this guy-the one I fantacize about-hot, even. It's just that I feel emotionally neglected in my relationship, and he's the only person at work who is nice and talks to me.

Just one guy I worked closely with at the community playhouse (all volunteering) and we gently flirted - he knew I was married and off-limits, but we related a lot and theatre-people are casual about such things as long as it doesn't get too deep (like actually doing anything about it). Of course, he had to mention in his program bio that he was still in search of his nerdy, dirty, curvy redheaded Goddess ... couldn't tell if he was making an in-joke or what, so I didn't acknowledge it ... but, man, I really wanted to play opposite him someday (difficult to do when you're just the costumer).

When I was younger, yes. I had a relationship with a young man I worked with many years ago. It was a lot of fun.
But, not now. I work with all women, and as I'm not sexually attracted to women, I don't have any fantasies about my co-workers. Also, we don't see each other often, as we work mainly outside the office with patients and only see each other for meetings etc.

When you're with people eight hours a day, there's bound to be some kind of attraction somewhere.
That being said, my fantasies about coworkers have been few and far between because, besides looking at them all the time, I have to hear them talk. That usually kills any desire whatsoever.
