We have not fantasized about adding someone or swapping. Closest thing would be my wife or me using a realistic dildo on her that is larger than my penis. We are a threesome. Sometimes we fantasize about adding others -- casually, rather than as romantic interests. But I don't think we really would, primarily because we're fluid-bonded and paranoid about pregnancy and STDs.
