I just got a dozen roses from my hubby for no reason. Do you still get or give flowers to your S.O?

Over 30 years of marriage and he comes home with a dozen lovely yellow roses, for no reason. That is what keeps our flame hot. I know he got them for $10 at the grocery store. Who cares? He bought them. They are a love message to me.

Flowers at unexpected times, and for no good reason. Do you do this?

My partner and I have been together for 3 years and I no longer get random flowers. I understand that's what keeps things going, guess he doesn't understand it.

I get them on occasion, and they're always such a wonderful surprise. I think when they're unexpected and for no reason, I love them all the more

The cat tries to eat any flowers, plants, or vegetation that comes into the house. So... flowers are kind of a no-no for that reason.

Only got flowers once, and that was in 7th grade. My ex-husband never got me any during almost ten years of marriage.

I'm a sentimental romantic, so I would love to get flowers. But my generation thinks they're old-fashioned and wasteful. :-/

I think they feel that way too! I don't, in fact I don't mind a little old fashion stuff now and then.

my wife does not like cut flowers, because they die after a few days. I get her plants for the yard, that way she can have colorful flowers all season long.

Nope, neither of us can really afford them. It does seem kind of wasteful...

Not usually flowers, I'm not a huge flower fan and our cats like to eat them so I usually have to hide them away anyways. But he does get me surprises from time to time...last it was a bouquet of chocolate covered fruit to the door! YUM!

I do this sometimes, but it's been a while. Now that I'm thinking about it, I want to get my wife some flowers ASAP. She always loves them.
