So has anyone ever gone to a sex therapist or a group type of sex therapy. If so does anyone have any good suggestions in the St. Louis area.

I have never been to one and know no one in the area, but I have a suggestion. I would look for a life coach who specializes in relationships or health. I think you would get more out of it! Just a thought

I've never gone to one myself (but have looked into it), but this site has a locator on it for sex educators, counselors, and therapists (and more) that's searchable by state.
