I feel your pain - I spent a good 10 years trying to convince my wife to have sex more often. I'm a little surprised by how many women have this same problem. Eventually she decided that it was in her best interest to have sex more often - no idea what happened, except that years of gently pressure seems to have worked.

I'm sorry to say that I have no advice to help you with your specific problem.

There are so many factors that can contribute to not having sex too often. The first step it to talk to your spouse and discuss each other's needs. Also, find out if there is a reason why you want sex more and your spouse doesn't. Sometimes its hormones, stress, inhibitions, resentment, laziness, or a lack of self-esteem. Talk talk talk! It all starts there. And do whatever you can to lighten each other's loads when it comes to daily chores and such. It helps.
