Swinging or threesomes to spice up a marriage.

Martiniman Martiniman
This has been discussed in the past between my wife and I, and we've decided it's best to leave it as a fantasy. However, I'm curious to hear from those married people who made the fantasy come true. If you decided to become a swinging couple, engaged in a threesome or countless threesomes, did it help your marriage, harm your marriage, indifferent, still out to court, caused trouble but you survived as a couple, caused a divorce, led to cheating, unknown results, etc?

This will sound a bit twee... but the first time we actually swung and had sex with different partners (in our case another couple) we looked across at one another and we both felt that there was this intense love for one another, he reached out and held my hand as I climaxed & I swear that in that moment I wanted him to climax too.
Overall, swinging added another dimension to our lovemaking, we used the memories of what went on as part of our foreplay, still do now six years after we last swung!

Swinging or inviting others into the bedroom isn't for everyone... I spend time with swingers and I'm a single woman. The thing is, there's no real "losing your partner emotionally" as there can be with situations where sexual needs are being met by cheating.

The people I hang out with, and they have become some of my BEST friends, have some of the most healthy, loving, accepting, caring, successful marriages I've ever seen.
