I am currently sitting in a 8' x 8' 18 wheeler with my guy. We have been on a (so far) 7 day trip through 5 states and 2 countries. We only get to shower everyother day and gripe a bit at eachother but on the plus side we are stuck in this bunk having great sex because there is nothing else to do. There are definately plusses and minuses to it. Would you go?

Go riding with them permanently? No. I'd consider it for week or two stints at most.



But I've known people who are full-time driving partners as well as being in a relationship together and love it.

I've done it. My husband had to go out of town for work and I went with him. Stayed stuck in a camper for a few months, but I made it, lol. I'm just glad we were able to be together.

I might, I mean there are alot of new and interesting things out there to see and such but I don't know if I could handle being in a truck/car/van all the time. Now I would love to go on a sort of tour across Europe; that sonds nice.

I can't go one single day without a shower!
And even if I had to, there wouldn't be any sex. I just have issues with being totally clean.

Yeah, no thanks. I like to be able to shower sometimes 3 times a day if I feel like it (I'm a bit OCD about personal hygiene) and pee when I want. I like having a nice comfy bed and home cooked meals. I would go on a road trip for a little while but it would have to include a hotel room at night.

This is something my husband and I talk about a lot for when we retire... we love to travel, but we'd probably save up and splurge on a nicer truck that has more room =)

Maybe. I love road trips, but going without a shower for more than a day would drive me absolutely crazy. That's one thing I'm really particular about.

Sure, I'd go! We would have a lot of fun. And, you can always wash up in the sink on the days you can't shower.

Seriously though, yes I'd go on an extended trip even without the benefit of daily showers with either or both of my guys, anytime! I love spending time with them and prefer their company to anyone else except my kids. Sounds like you are having a great time!

I'll die from not being able to shower daily in a nice clean bathroom. My butt and back will start to ache, being in the sitting position for so many hours. I also cannot stand traveling in a vehicle that goes slower than 70 mph on the highways!
