There is so many things that can be a turn off but out of the choices I would say talking with mouth full.

The dating scene is quite similar to this, but, the girls usually have this dazed look on their faces because it is perfectly normal.

Bad breath, or they smell bad. Or wearing too much scented stuff.
All the ones listed are things that would put me off, and I have been known to walk out on a date because of insistent phone use. But then again, I have been told that he is working on a major deal so that I would be sharing him with his work. But this has been told to me beforehand, and as long as I am aware of it, I don't really mind it.
