They do have vibrating realistic dildos- example.

I pretty much like either or, I mostly like vibes for the clit stimulation. I still enjoy the vibrations vaginally, but it doesn't matter to me as long as I'm getting filled up!

I like both, but I find that when you combine the two the vibrations often leave something to be desired, at least on dildos of the size I like - especially if they're made of soft silicone.

I generally stay away from the flesh colored dildos - I like mine in bright colors and wild shapes. But I'd prefer most any dildo to a vibrator. I find the sensatio created by vibrators to be too intense.

For my playtime I like a combination of both because my living situation forces me to have to be quick, so I don't have the luxury of building up an orgasm with a dildo alone.

But with looks I prefer realistic dildos over the colorful/wacky shaped vibrators. They are just so much sexier to me, not to mention that the act of thrusting on a toy is way more erotic than pleasing myself with a vibrator, in my opinion.
