How far is to far, and what do you consider unforgivable, when your SO is caught messing around with someone else, even if it is a make-out session or if it is sex with someone else without your permission? What is your opinion?
Relationships: how far is too far?

For me any removal of affection from me to another party is cheating. Sex with someone else is unforgiveable and a make-out session I might be able to work around if it never happens again.

Too far--that is an interesting line and is so very different for everyone. My line is emotional attaching or kissing another person. Honestly--if he kissed someone I know for a fact he wants to have sex and is attracted and already acting on it.

Certain things I would be able to forgive, but I would always wonder if something more was going on. Having sex with someone else would be out of the question. That's not the type of relationship we have and is no acceptable. I would have an extremely difficult time getting over him kissing someone as well. I'm honestly not sure what my breaking point would be because I've never had to experience any of it.

wow this is a hard one. been with hubby 10 years now and its been hard. we both have done stuff but was caught before anything serious happened. I was texting another man and never met him thank god hubby saw texts and after a long hard talk it ended before I met him. I found condoms hidden in hubbys car and again we talked and had to take a serious look at our relationship. sometimes its hard for us we look at ours and think about what it would be like to stray a little but have to think if its really worth it relationships are very hard especially if its been a long time together.

hubby and I have been together almost 30 years...we have had a lot of bumps in our road but one thing I never did was have sex with someone else. after a divorce we decided to work things out and we have been back at it for about 5 or 6 years and things are doing well. We both agree no one else needs to be involved in our relationship period if there is we both walk away and it is over.

If he's doing anything with her that he wouldn't do with a guy friend (he's straight) I'd consider that cheating and drop his ass. I hate cheaters and I know I won't forgive that kind of thing.
