I'm 5'9" and have dated two or three men shorter than me...and nearly all the women I have been with were shorter than me.

i'm only 5 foot tall, so i don't ever really think about it because they are all pretty much taller than me! but an inch wouldn't bother me any shorter would be kind of insane because i'm alrdy only 5 foot!

Oh yes, fine with me. Hell, my current crush is 5'1", and I'm 5'2".

Ah. Also.. meeting him.. he was a couple inches shorter than me. It didn't bother me at all but if you've read my other posts.. things were bad.

I am 6' exactly, so is my SO. I can hardly deal with that, so no way could I do shorter. I'm a heightist.

It would be hard to find someone shorter than me! I prefer not too much taller, though, because then I feel awkward. It's not fun to feel dwarfed or towered over by someone you're trying to date. That said, if I like the person, it doesn't matter much... and everything evens out when you're horizontal.

I know it's crazy of me, and not at all fair to base attraction on...I'm just, attracted to men who are taller than I am. My husband has about a foot on me, and I *love* it.

I'm almost 5'9" so I'm taller than a lot of guys, but I'm most attracted to the tallest of them. My ideal guy is really tall and really skinny. I know it's wrong to judge people just on physical appearances but it is hard if they are much shorter than me. 5'8" might be ok, but any shorter I'm not sure I could deal. All the guys I've ever had a thing with were at least 5'10 if not 6 foot or 6'2". I don't even think I consciously rule out short guys, I'm just more attracted to tall ones... unfortunately that rules out a lot of guys.

I don't have a problem with it. I'm taller than my husband, after all.

I have a cousin who's 6'1", and she refuses to date guys shorter than her. Her current guy is 6'7".

I would absolutely date someone that was shorter than me. I think personality and compatibility far outweighs something like how tall someone is. If neither of us could reach something, we could always get a ladder.

Within reason, I am sorta tall for a girl so as long as he is over 5'7" I'm good, I tend to like the 6'1"-6'3" range.

I've dated partners of either sex with significant height differences from me in either direction, and never really thought twice about it. It just really doesn't make my list of priorities at all.
