I was reading past reviews, and I saw that someone said that, once they were added to the Description Review program, they were referred to on the site as "Expert Reviewers," rather than Advanced. I wanted to know if they still did this or not.

I don't think so. We're Description Reviewers, but we're not considered "expert". If memory serves, I think the ones who are shown as Expert Reviewers are those whose reviews have the highest ratings in a specific category. The status does change from time to time depending on the voting.

No, not that I've seen. It will still say "Advanced Reviewer" under your name at the bottom of a product's page.

That would be cool. I think what you are referring to is the special sections where people are deemed experts. For instance I am an expert in condoms and lingerie according to the site.
