Link to Descriptive Reviews?

DeliciousSurprise DeliciousSurprise
Currently, on most products that feature descriptive reviews, there is no link to the actual descriptive review on the page. I know that I can go to the contributor's profile and browse their reviews to find it, but for reviewers who post a LOT of review (*cough you know who you are cough*) it can be a pain in the butt. I also know that once other reviews are published on the product, you can see further reviews on the sidebar of that page, but sometimes the descriptive reviews are the only ones published.

It would be awesome to see a link to the descriptive reviewer's review (maybe it could link to the review under the 'ask me' button, instead of opening up a message?) so that it would be easier to ask questions. I, embarrassingly often, often go to someone's profile page to find the product and ask a question, get distracted reading their other reviews and have to repeat the process 40 minutes later once I remember why I'd gone to their page in the first place!

I think that would be so nice and I know others have said asked for this too.

I saw it mentioned in another thread from a few months ago about DRs but I thought the idea was worth raising again because I really think it would be an awesome addition.

I actually think this is a good idea; I often find myself doing the same thing because I like the review style of that particular reviewer and want to read the whole thing.

I think this is a great suggestion. I really wish there was a link I could click to read the entire descriptive review and vote on it instead of having to search through all the contributors reviews. I also noticed that on a DR I wrote recently, it doesn't show my name and avatar anywhere, like I've seen on others. Even if someone wanted to read my full review, they would have no idea where to go to find it.

I really agree with this. I'm also tired of having to shuffle through reviews.

Bump!

As a workaround, I've been posting in the experience section saying that if they're reading the review as the DR on the product page, they can click a link (which I include) to vote, or comment with questions/feedback. I think it works.
