#AskEden - What to do when a free assignment doesn't ever arrive?

According to my tracking number, my free assignment, and the other item I purchased that was shipped with it, were delivered to my place on Saturday, June 01.

Last time I checked the tracking number, the estimated arrival date was Tuesday, June 04.

I never saw a box on my doorstep, nor did my roommates bring any packages in that were addressed to me like they have in the past.

I double checked my shipping information on my EF receipt. It was all correct.

I'm going to have to contact the post office. But on that off chance that they did deliver to the wrong house, or worse, someone stole my package off my front porch (they'll get an interesting surprise), how should I deal with that in regards to the free review assignment I was approved for? less

With UPS Sure Post, UPS delivers the package to your local post office which then delivers it to you. Usually the tracking email will also say something to the effect of please allow 1-2 additional days for the post office to deliver. Is it possible this is what happened in your case?

If not, I would contact customer support. They can start by trying to track down the package. You may also want to contact Stormy and inform her of the situation. She can cancel or reassign the item as appropriate. less
