I tried to include pics in a review i just did but they did not show up and i see no option to add them now that the review was edited.
Is it because the item is not listed for sale?

I've done photos in most of my reviews, including those not yet available for sale.

Like the previous responses, I always add photos to my reviews whether the product is available or not. You should be able to add the photos to your review. I'm not sure if you mean adding photos to a product page but I'm pretty sure you can't if it's not available yet.

You should be able to add them still. Upload them to photobucket and do the format to upload them. Right click the image in photobucket and "copy image location." Use the format...

]img|paste[

Use the [brackets] the right way. That will always work if the image uploader is giving you trouble. Be sure to set the photobucket album to private.
