I requested something last night to do a free assignment on. It got approved today. I have not declined or accepted the assignment yet. I found something else that I like more. I want to drop the one that got approve today, and request to do a new one.
Anyone know if I can do this by declining the current one, and send in another request? Or I will have to do the one I originally requested?

Most likely you can decline it and request another, but that item may not be available, just because it is on the list.

no, you don't have to do the one you requested. you can decline it and request another, but like beck said, it may not be available.

Beck and Alice are right. You don't have to review it if you don't want it, but if you cancel and request another, you might not get it.
