I got my Mini G-Rock and it didn't work right. I'm supposed to be getting a label soon to send it back for a replacement. Do I review the first one I received, or the new one, that will hopefully work correctly? Can I mention at all that my first one had issues, in my review?

I would just like to know what to do here, as I am at a lost and can;t seem to find anything about it.

Put in a support ticket. I had that happen 2 times so far for the same product and both times JR took care of it really fast. After having that issue twice I just picked a different product to review.

Aw darn I was just looking to buy the G-rock or Rock Chick, but couldn't decide! Lol. I hate to hear that. I would submit a support ticket asap. Get it taken care of as soon as possble. You'll probably need to wait to someone to send you a label which can be tough. I had a similar problem and it took a month to get the label because it never showed up in my inbox after multiple tries. DON'T review the broken one as you won't be able to provide a really accurate review. Just wait until you get one that works.

Definitely return that one and review the second if that one works properly. You can mention in your review that the first one didn't work, but you can't review something that didn't work.

If you ever get an assignment that doesn't work, let me know as soon as you can. Same thing goes with a product that you don't think is working right.

As a rule, we don't want reviews on defective products and will do our best to remedy the situation.

I do like to mention if I've had problems with toys, even when I get replacements. It can be a good indicator if something is wrong with the line as a whole.

I have submitted a support ticket, and you guys helped me fast, and are shipping it to my house currently, because I did not have a printer! Thanks so much for all that. I was needing to know whether to review both separately,or mention or not mentions the defective one. Thanks to everyone for helping me so quick!
