I thought it was taking an awfully long time for the book I requested to review on my blog to get here, so I thought maybe it just hadn't been sent out.

When I went to inquire about it yesterday, I was informed it was sent on on April 29th & it's never taken more than 3 days for a product to get to me.

I'm not sure what happened in transit, but has this ever happened to anyone?

It was a $15 book, but still... I had been looking forward to it so much!

Not even sure how I or the company goes about it if it does happen. Currently waiting to hear back on what might have happened.

Submit a ticket. Did you check the tracking?

I didn't have a tracking #. I'm in the Ambassador program & it was the one free product I requested to review on my blog for May.

Not sure how to go about submitting a ticket if that's what I'll have to do.

Or send an email to the rep for the Ambassador program.

That's what I did. Waiting to hear back. I just wanted to see if this has ever happened to anyone else. So my luck. LOL. What a huge bummer!

Thank you, Maria. I knew I'd hear from you. I started a post cause I was freaking out. lol. I am relieved it just went out of stock, though & nothing worse. I knew it wasn't on the company's end cause ya'll are great about sending out products, so I was really panicking.

Ohhh, that totally sux that its gone missing.
I have had an item (not from Eden) go missing and although I could get the money back on it, it's still disappointing. I kinda felt violated that someone in the post was low enough to steal it.

The postal workers (not all) are some of the worst people - IMO.

TRUE! I thought I was the only one who'd has stolen mail! Mine became a serious issue. I send and recieve daily through the postal service and a lot of it is $ coming in from my customers and I finally ended up filing complaints over it. My college books were destoryed as well as 7 other packaged! I recently got the Hera Vibe which was OPENED! EW! 7 Packaged of mine have mysteriously been totally destroyed and they take the envelopes or box whatever it comes in and throw it away and place the OPENED, UNPACKAGED item in a plastic "We're so sorry.." baggy! I got furious and finally got an answer from them where a woman who works there is now watching everything that comes in and out. I had to switch everything important to a PO box so maybe it'd be away from whoever was stealing and destroying it. It hasn't happened in a while except my Hera vibe

WHAT A SHAME! I could NEVER just steal someone's mail. That's pathetic.

I recently had a package stolen right off the front porch. =[ It wasn't from Edenfantasys though. It was a gift basket for my dad for Father's Day. The tracking number says it was left at the front porch but I guess I missed it and someone stole it. I was really bummed out. =[ I hate people that steal stuff. =[

I've never had anything stolen, but i did have an eden's package sent to the wrong house. After that i will never use UPS again, post office all the way.

My latest assignment has been circling in the depot someplace in California for eight days. The tracking information is just hilarious in its absurdity at this point.
