Reviewing items purchased and used during your relationship--that has just ended.......

Contributor: js250 js250
I purchased many items for my now ex-husband and I to use together during our relationship. The ones in question were used extensively by us. I am no longer with him and would appreciate your opinion on these items being reviewed.

My questions are:
--Do you feel I can be objective and factual even though we are no longer together to use them?
--Should I only review the ones I have physically(They were in my possessions when I grabbed things from the house)?
--Do I include the fact that the relationship is no longer in place?
--I just purchased the Fuck Me Silly2 (it is in the mail and we did not use it together), should I review it as a cam prop or would you feel that is just too different from its original intention. (I cannot see wasting the money/points used and so not think anyone would repurchase it from me due to the shipping.)

I think any of them that you can use in some way without him, is totally fine. You're always great at explaining alternative uses, so I guess in this sense, it would be more obvious in your reviews, but equally appreciated.

I think something like a masturbator (like the Fleshlights or similar) wouldn't be the best since you can't really explain how tight it is or how stimulating it is. But if you can find a use for it, than review it based on your use.

You're very creative and talented and I think the important points would be conveyed in your reviews even if it's not exactly what everyone would expect.

I think it is fine to review any toy you have used thoroughly. I would keep the focus on the toy in the review. I am sure you will be able to be objective and do your usual great job in your reviews. Hang in there sweetie!

Due to the materials, etc. those are non-returnable.

I think anything you used together you could still review if you wanted to, I wouldn't see why not. I'd try to stick with the info needed for the review, I don't see the need for you to open yourself up to anyone reading the review and share that you are no longer together. You have the right to share that with only those whom you choose to share it with.

I could understand choosing to only review the things I had in my possession, if it were me, as I'd want to include photos and take my own measurements.

I think your reviews are amazing, and I'm sure you can find a way to include all the information you need to, and provide lots of uses for the items AND include lots of personal insight.

I don't see why you couldn't return the unopened items. Nowhere does it say on the Fuck Me Silly that it can't be returned. usually if an item can't be returned it will say so under the pricing. I am sorry to hear that your marriage came to an end.

I would review any and all items I was able to use and have used with or without the partner. That is just me though.

Sorry to hear about your break up. I do have a question about what you said: "Due to the materials, etc. those are non-returnable." Can anyone elaborate on this? I wasn't aware there is such a thing as non-returnable materials.
