I'm curious about this. I am beginning mentoring this week and was wondering is it any different the second time around or is it just an opportunity to try more than one mentor?

I did the mentor class first was with Mwar. Mwar was great, got to my reviews fast, told me exactly what needed to be changed to improve it. I'm now in my second class and it hasn't been nearing as fun or helpful. I regret taking the 2nd mentor and most likely won't do it again.

my mentor right now is fantastic but I might go through 2 more times to smooth out all my rough edges and see how other mentors do things and the stuff they advise.

Once so far, but I plan to do it again so that I can get pointers on different kinds of products from someone with a different perspective. Just for clarification's sake: I thought you could only take a mentor class twice. Can you do that as many times as you want?

I've only had 1 mentor - js250. and I couldn't have had a better mentor nor do I have the need to have another because I learned so, so much from her. I really pushed her to help me develop as a reviewer & she was very patient about that. js250
