I just have to say that my Mentor has been awesome. Darling Jen even let me know that she was working today and wont be able to get back to my review till tomorrow or Monday. Now that's communication. To have a mentor as motivated as I am is really refreshing.
I think most times you get what you give, but sadly this isn't always the case. Some people just aren't motivated enough. Why sign up for classes if you're just going to bail on them though. You're taking up spots that others would gladly use. And spots mentors only have so few of.
I understand life happens. Jobs, kids, everything. But the amount of people bailing out seems ridiculous. If you have the time to write the review and submit it take the time to add a note that once your mentor shoots it back you won't be able to get to it for a bit for this or that reason. They would understand i'm sure. A little talking and explanation goes a long way.
