Calling all Bloggers that have moved to Wordpress!!

MidnightB MidnightB
I have my own photographic review site through blogger and its very successful; but I have noticed that a few other bloggers are now moving to wordpress?
I am extremely happy with blogger its so easy to use and I love the styling as I have been able to tweak it to make it mine.

But of course every site needs improvement and there are things I would love to add that I cant i.e dropdown menu's, I know I can add html ones but that goes straight into blogger with no way of removing it if I have a blonde moment and muck it up, so I been too nervous to try it.

Is there any other reason I should move and start paying for a site; what does wordpress have that blogger doesn't, I'm really interested in your opinions on this ?

I haven't totally used blogger before, but I know Wordpress just has a ton of features. I think there are a lot of addons you can tweak too, plus all the widgets for your sidebar, etc. Truthfully, if you really want the most versatile website, I would get hosting and a domain and just install Wordpress on there. It's easy to use and really convenient to customize.
