Off-Site Review Platforms

I've gone with blogger as for free hosting it has the most customisable layouts. I have however been told that adult content blogs hosted by blogger cant be seen by google due to the warning screen. This isn't an issue for me as yet, but as google seems to power most things i imagine it may become a hindrence in the future

I use a self hosted wordpress. I wouldn't use anything different.

Am I correct in assuming that: Blogger is easier to use, Wordpress.com offers more options for customization, Wordpress.org is paid for but is the most customizable?

I don't have a blog, but I'm looking around for a host site.

I use Wordpress self-hosted under Lithium Hosting. $5/mo no limits. Fantastic service for the price. Been with them since 2009 hosting my other sites as well.
