Transferring reviews from EF to Blog

JustYourAverageGuy JustYourAverageGuy
After writing some reviews, i have decided I want to start a blog to put teh reviews on. Before you write a Review, it asks you if you want to post it on your blog or on EF's. How do I select this and move the review to my blag after it has been published on EF's??

I don't think you can do that. You have to do it initially. As long as you don't duplicate the text from your EF review on your blog you could write another, separate review for your blog.

You cannot move the review to your blog. What you can do, however, is, like Sarahbear said, write a new review, or a more explicit one, on your blog but ALSO link your review on Edenfantasys there. You can also put in a link to your blog somewhere in the review, or at the end saying "Read more about this product on my blog" (or something along those lines).

You do have to select Off-site before writing your review, although you can then do what sarahbear and Sir suggested above. The off-site review guidelines are located here which explains how it works in a little more detail.

For the eviews I really wanted to feature in my blog, but wrote here before I started, I wrote something that wasn't a review for my blog. I often would take a few pictures, and write something that was part teaser and part gut response to the toy. The new widgets they let you make for every review are GREAT for including in these posts! I've gone back and added one to all of mine.

You cannot transfer or change these reviews!

You CAN add new content that is related to these reviews on your blog (like photos, additional information, etc), and then link to your EF review from your blog AND add a link to your the additional info from your blog, to your EF review.

Another idea, if you are hard pressed to come up with new review info for a whole blog post, as Gary suggested...do what I do:

I have a list on its own page of links to every review I've done. I link to my blog review if the review appeared on my blog and to Eden Fantasys if the review appeared there. Don't forget to create links using your affiliate code so when people click over, you get commission if they end up buying something.

To see what I'm talking about, go here.
