While trying to submit my first off-site eden review, everytime I hid submit to editor it gave me the error message that the summary can not exceed 500 words.( I was under 500) After trying many different work arounds, deleting cache, restarting browser, etc...I'm not sure if it was a coincidence but I left a comment for editor and then hit submit and it finally went through. I was determined. Not sure what I even have left in the summary section though after all that frustration.

anybody else have this going on? if it's not specific to me I will submit a support ticket

The summary might actually be limited to 500 characters, as is the case for on-site reviews. Maybe a typo in the programming?

I know I've had an error message come up about my pros/cons exceeding 100 characters, so the summary very well could be 500 characters max but the save message has a typo?

If it happens again, check to see if your summary is actually 500 characters or less, and if it is then submit a support ticket.
