Hey Folks,

I have just been informed that lingerie will now ONLY be available for Buyout Assignments. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the update Gary. I think this is good anyways we were only allowed one free assignment on lingerie anyways. I could never find or grab anything when it first came out because everyone rushed to it.

Wow I think I will no longer participate in the program then, I have received almost nothing but lingerie since I joined the program and unless I get an extreme discount on lingerie for a buy out assignment, I wont buy it! I have thrown out and given away so many pieces that I have been disappointed with and the free assignment program really helped me find styles I liked!! They did away with the blogger program and now the free assignments for lingerie?? What is going on with EF?

Sounds fair, clothing is just too prone to complications because of body type. Besides we'll still be buying it!

There are current plans to address this issue. Jaimes, Stormy and a few others were putting their heads together to design a program to help display, promote and improve the sizing accuracy issues. Keep your eyes open for more details on that one.

If the lingerie doesn't fit you, you have 60 days to return it and receive a refund. I've done that a bunch of times with lingerie pieces. Eden is really amazing with their return policy.

Except if you arent from the US you have to pay for the shipping back, which is often more expensive than the item itself, so that isn't always the case (unless it's damaged, then they will repay the shipping costs, but simply if you don't like it, no)

Personally, I think all these changes are for the worse, not the better from the client side of things. Every change makes me less interested in EF, but that's my opinion.

I have to agree there...and I am confused, I thought you couldnt return free assignment lingerie, wouldnt the same go for a buyout? since you are getting a discount

You would submit a support ticket and I'm quite sure you would then be able to exchange it, and if the item didn't come in the size you needed, they would refund the money and cancel the assignment. Again, I could be wrong. I only received my first lingerie buyout and it did fit me, so I've never had to deal with this before.

I have returned lingerie I purchased out of pocket from EF before and had no issue, I was just wondering since you are getting it at a discount if that would still apply, I have a really hard time with lingerie, I can be anywhere between an XL to a 3x and sizing charts dont always help LOL!
