Okay, NOW that I know a lot more about the video review program (my apologies for uploading any without knowing first), my question is: Can regular reviewers & ambassadors do the video reviews for gift cards once they're at the required rating? Is it strictly for advanced reviewers or off limits for ambassadors to do on the site? I can't find that bit of info anywhere.

Anyone can submit video reviews. In general terms, there are two categories.

"Regular" reviewers (you do not have to be advanced) can submit a video review for a product as long as you get the okay from Carrie Ann beforehand.

The "Video Review Program" is similar to being an Advanced Reviewer. It requires a rating of 6.0, and permission by Carrie Ann to participate. I believe you have to have already submitted two videos to qualify. Once a part of this program, you can request to be assigned a free monthly product in exchange for a written and video review. This free product is separate from the regular monthly product available to advanced reviewers.

All clear now, thank you. I just spoke to Carrie Ann about it as well.
Now I just gotta get to that 6.0 rating, but it's great to know I can still do videos.

I have tried a few times to email Carrie and it wont go through. Is there another email address I can use?

No problem, I know a lot of us add a space somewhere in the email address to try and prevent it from getting picked up by spambots roaming the interwebs, and sometimes it's hard to see the space in there
