You can look by checking out the ranking on the review page.

Go to the review main page. The near the right of the page under the reviewer window, it should say "all reviewers"

It's ranked by rank. It'll show you how close you are to the next rank.

From what I understand, if you get REALLY high up, you get extra points per search, review, etc, right?
