How do you tell when a product is a sponsored review?

I've seen some posts that seem to indicate that it's when the price says "not available for purchase", but that doesn't seem to be 100% accurate - I requested an item that was not available for purchase but it gave me the message saying it's been less than 30 days since my last review. Then I noticed that it didn't have the "presented by" label on its product page. Is that the more foolproof method of telling if a sponsored review is available?

If you want to double check an item, you can narrow your search by the sponsor.

I guess if the toy is not by one of the sponsors listed in the drop-down box then it isn't eligible for the sponsored review program?

I do find it kind of weird that there are products listed as "not available for purchase", but are still counted as one of the toys that fall within the "one per 30 days" rule. It makes it a little more difficult to browse for a between-months assignment.
