Requested Reviews Cancelled By Admi?

Contributor: Just Jen Just Jen
I have requested quite a few reviews in the past few weeks, and all of them, even ones that only have one review, has been cancelled by the Admin. I really don't understand why. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know why it's happening?

All of my lingerie requests for assignments are usually denied and so are the requests for male sex toys (I'm female). And if the toy is out of your reviewer rank price allowance, I understand they will be denied. Also, if the item has been assigned to someone else it will be denied.

You can email the administrator, it used to be Gary, I'm not sure who is doing it now with all of the changes happening lately.

I just saw that lingerie has been removed from the free assignment list, even though they still show up in product search. I stay in my range, but everything I request has been getting denied. I don't understand it!

It could be that the item is out of stock or on backorder.

Jen,
This may seem like a silly question, but are you using the "grab it" button on the product pages?
...or, are you using the the product search function and selecting "Eden Fantasys Sponsored" to narrow the list down to items that should be available for review?

Someone could also possibly be beating you to your request, especially if you requested them on the weekends. I think generally after X number of people have requested an item for a free review all other requests are denied.

The thing is, you (and I) have no idea what products are already out for review. If you happen to be picking popular options, someone else may already have one of the toys in process out for review, so it won't let you take it.

Aside from that, your best bet is to contact Gary here on EF. We forum-goers may not know the exact reason, but he can. Usually, it's just that there are some behind-the-scenes reviews going on that we don't know about. Just try requesting something else.

Wow, like the others said, maybe someone else is beating you to the request.
...or maybe it's personal, have you been mean to admin?

Often the new items in the product search are for descriptive reviews, so they must be assigned to you not the other way around. They often are out for review.

Kayla is right, it could be any one of a few issues.

If you're going by the product search, a good rule of thumb is that if there's no price listed, it's out for description review...usually.

You can also email me too, I can help too.
