I'm really excited because I was just bopping along on EF, doing my thing, when suddenly I got an e-mail telling me that an administrator sent me an assignment. "What?" I thought. I just got the package with this month's assignments! I eagerly went to my Assignments to find my very first push assignment! I'm not worried because I only have three assignments right now. Two are for lubes and one is for lingerie. By the time I get this next package, I'll probably have at least one of the reviews knocked out, if not more. I'm in a reviewing mood because I'm just so happy about my first push assignment. Lol. And it's an adult game! I've been wanting to get one of those so I could have some silly fun with my boyfriend and now I can! Plus, I'm going to use this as an excuse to take advantage of at least one of the sales that is going on right now. Today is a good day!

So tell us about YOUR first push assignment. Were you excited? Confused? Disappointed? Luckily, I knew about push assignments or I would have been majorly confused, I'm sure.

I was excited to get my first push assignment, and even more excited that it looked like a product that would work well for me. The Mood Naughty Butt Plug (Med) turned out to be a 5 star toy. Except for the size, it's one I probably would have gotten for myself. In fact, I do intend to purchase the Mood Naughty Large, as soon as it's available.

(It's showing discontinued, but it really is brand new, and simply hasn't been stocked yet.)

The first one I got that I didn't request was Playing with Fire and I was so scared that I was going to mess it up. I was confused at first, because it was also my first DR and I really wasn't expecting anything.

I just completed my first push assignment a few days ago. It was oral sex mints. I thought I would like it, but they were horrible.

It was exciting getting the assignment though. I must have missed the admin email, because I just discovered it sitting in my assignment cart 5 days after they sent it. I was glad they hadn't taken it back. Now I find myself checking to see if there are more assignments.

I don't really know what my first pushed one was but I do know that I was majorly confused but it. I was just fixing to decline it then I accepted it anyway. I figured that if EF meant for me to have it then I'd accept it.The push for now I just got and it is for the Rubber paddle .

Salad Tossing Spray! That's HILARIOUS! Lol. Mine is Midnight Lovers. I'm not exactly sure what it's going to be like but I've wanted to try a game so I'm happy no matter what, even if it ends up not being for us. It says it can be played by more than just one couple so maybe if the cards aren't too weird, I could see if there's a couple that wants to have some fun one drunken night! Lol. I'm waiting to accept it until my boyfriend comes home or maybe even tomorrow so we can find other things we want to add to our order. I'm not sure how long push assignments wait around to be accepted so I hope they don't give up on me! Heh.

@ wrecklesswords: Yep! They're quite the surprise, I'll tell you that much. I didn't expect to get a push assignment anytime soon, especially not this soon after getting this month's assignments. I'm really happy about it and it'll give me a chance to write a review on something new and expand my horizons!

So, do they just come at random or is it something that you more or less have to say you're willing to do?

It comes at random. I never said "Hey, I'm willing to do push assignments", though I am. I think they give it to reviewers that they feel write good reviews and turn in their assignments in a timely fashion. I could be wrong but that seems about right.

Do push assignments work differently from free assignments? Do you still have to wait a month before doing another free assignment, or does it work like manufacturer sponsored assignments?

No, they do not work like free assignments. For one, you can't request push assignments. They are "pushed" onto you so they're something that just shows up and you can accept it or decline it. It does NOT affect your monthly free assignments so, yes, I guess it does kind of work like manufactured-sponsored assignments in this regard. As I said in the topic, I literally JUST got my package for this month's assignments and I got this push assignment so it doesn't affect monthly assignments at all.

They're sorta random...you can request Manufacturer sponsored assignments or they can be pushed to you. You can also send me an on-site message if you'd like to get one. We don't always have the products to push, but when we do, there's usually a few.

I got my first push assignment yesterday. I was confused because I got the email and was like what is this for? So I went and looked at what it was for and accepted it. I can't wait to get it in. I was excited though that I had got chose to do one.

That is why it is important to check your assignments daily, you never know what could be in there

Me either. I haven't been very active on EF for the last six months or so. Now that I have some more time, I'll be participating more often.
