Best bet is to always:
1. Check file format and size to be sure they're acceptable types and sizes
2. Clear your cache
3. Try a different browser
4. Wait a day and try again -- sometimes we're doing updates or the server is just slow and it's less aggravating to give it a rest and try another time
5. If those things don't work, email me (carrieann@edenfantasy s.com) with an explanation of the problem and the steps you've taken to try to correct it. Always try to give the most info that you can -- ie. file size, type, browser, etc -- and always email! My private messages go to my personal/reviewer account email, not my work email.
