I just emailed you about this. You submitted two reviews for the same product. One is published, the other was declined. Also, if you have a question about a review you need to email me (which you did). It is NOT appropriate to make a forum post regarding the issue.

Yeah it stings a bit, but don't take it personally, it happens to most of us at some point for some reason. There's usually a perfectly reasonable explanation

We never ever post duplicate reviews - we only publish one version - so if you submit two of the same review, only one is getting published. This is totally logical.

Hey Shay - you will note that the first review you submitted for this item is still up on the website. Since you noted on the 2nd review that it was a duplicate, we had to decline it as a duplicate. I believe Gary emailed you about this.

Just for future reference to anyone who submits an unassigned review when they have the same product in their assignment cart -

Some guidlines:
1. Please contact Gary or myself to have us assist you with the issue before doing anything else.

2. Do not submit a 2nd review of the same product as we end up having to decline the 2nd review anyway.

I figured this was worth mentioning because it's happened twice in the last week or so. I know sometimes the system can be difficult to navigate when you first start out, but we are always happy to help and answer questions.

Emailing us is the fastest and best way to get help quickly!

Thanks. I did contact two people through email to get assistance but no one replied. I then did #2 on your list Sorry.
