I just submitted my Upgrade Request. I have 4 reviews published already, and plan on doing more tonight! (I've had a lot of toys, lol.) I was wondering where I can see my votes, or if I can even see them before I'm approved? And is there anything in particular that some of the more prominent members would like to see beginners, like me, do better? Any small tips? Well, I'm off to review more

My main tip for you would be that you might want to get involved with the mentor program, and to use the extended format. The extended review format will help give you cues as to what kind of information is important to include in your review, and a mentor will help with that too. Good luck and best wishes!

If you go to the community tab, you can see details on voting there.
As for tips on improving reviews, Indiglo has given you good advice. What I'd add is that it can help to read well-rated reviews on the types of products you're interested in reviewing to see what other reviewers include.
Also, the comments that you get on your reviews can help guide you.

Congratulations on choosing a mentor! One of our members very kindly wrote up A student's guide to the Mentor Program. Maybe that will answer some of your questions. I look forward to seeing you around, and reading more of your reviews!
