They are meant to go in the bottom and be pulled out at climax. Right before I get ready to cum i pull them out!
My suggestion would be to use Silicone beads-the material is very important for the toys that go in your ass.

As Veteran said, material is important- avoid versions of this toy that use string between beads, since that can't be sterilized. It is a common practice to pull anal beads out pre- or during climax, but you can do whatever you want with them!
