I've finally decided to take the plunge and purchase my first prostate massager, but after reading countless reviews I'm still stuck between a few models. Now, I'm not too familiar with prostate massagers and I would mainly be buying it to use with my girlfriend during sex, so I'm assuming a passive massager would be the best for us. I've narrowed it down to these: Aneros MGX, Aneros Helix, Aneros Progasm, and the Nexus Neo.
I read on the Aneros website that the MGX works well for beginners and is their most popular model, but I've also seen a lot of support for the Helix here on the forums and liked what I read in the reviews. Then again, since it would be my first prostate massager I'm wary of buying the model Aneros deems as for "adventurous" beginners. I threw in the Progasm because of its popularity, though its size is sort of intimidating, and its sale price could make up for it!
For Nexus, I was originally going to go with the Glide, but after reading many reviews I don't think I want to take the chance that it won't work for me due to its sharp angle. So I moved on to the Neo which seemed to have very positive reviews overall, and is now on sale.
Maybe I should get two of them considering sale prices (and saving money in the long term), like one of them plus the progasm, or one and the Neo, or any other combination? Any sort of advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and I'm still open to other options outside of the models chosen. Thank you.

What is you experience with anal play? That would make a difference on which one to go with. If you are new to the world of back door play, the MGX or Helix may be a better choice, they go in easier than the Nexus line due to the shape. If you are more experience (Played with some toys) then I would recommend the Progasm. Better stimulation and the perineum tab is way more comfortable than the MGX or Helix.
I have not tried on of the Nexus models yet, so I can't help there. I do agree with you, based on reviews, that the Neo would be a good one to try first.

In my experience the Nexus is a bit more stimulating as well as being a bit easier to drive.

Tossing in a lone vote for the Aneros Helix. It's agile and I enjoy using it solo or during intercourse. I should not that I manipulate it with my hand, rather than drive it with my sphincter muscles.

If you have no experience with anal play I would go for the Aneros MGX. The progasm is a bit larger and will be harder to insert for a first timer. Taking it slow will provide you with more pleasure in the long run and won't stigmatize you if you go to fast and hurt yourself.

I just can speak for the helix. I have it and I like it. Maybe the progasm, which is the biggest in the aneros collection is more for experienced users. I ordered the helix because it had the best reviews and was recommended for beginners at the aneros forum.
