I didn't know how to shorten my question, so here it is: Why is it that I enjoy and can "take" my boyfriend's cock anally more (much more) than anal toys?

Chances are that arousal is the key issue here. Your anal muscles tend to relax quite a bit more (and more easily) when you're hot and ready to do the nasty...
