I agree with cookie monster mike. Assuming you're wanting to use it in her, it could be a little too slim to stay in properly.
If you're both up for it, I like the tush trainer intermediate ( link ) for use during vaginal sex. It's just large enough that it won't slip out, and the base is nice and flat so it stays out of the way.

If you are going for double penetration from behind than it will stay in with only mild difficulties. However, the amount of the bullet that protrudes from the base tends to dig in uncomfortably for the guy. My hubby adores using this toy on me but can not use it for double penetration without getting mild bruising. If you and your partner are in to slow, sensual sex than this should work fine but if you are more energetic and vigerous like us it tends to get in the way.

This plug does not stay in very well on its own. If you are behind her you can kind of hold it in, but with the end of the bullet coming out as far as it does, it has a tendency to kind of jab my hubby when he's thrusting... If she is on her back she can "wedge" it into place and it will stay pretty well. Over-all I would recommend something with a smaller neck/wider bulb for staying power.
