This one is only 1" in diameter. It is fairly small but it really depends on her sphincter as well. If she is otherwise normally very tight and new to anal, this may be a good starting toy to experiment with and may not easily be expelled. However, the neck is almost the same girth as the rest of the plug, it's hard for me to determine if this would be a good choice or not.
In my opinion and personal preference, something like the Joe Rock will fit snugly and stay put a lot more securely. However that one does not have a vibrating option.

I agree with cookie monster mike. Assuming you're wanting to use it in her, it could be a little too slim to stay in properly.
If you're both up for it, I like the tush trainer intermediate ( link ) for use during vaginal sex. It's just large enough that it won't slip out, and the base is nice and flat so it stays out of the way.
