It is a tough question to answer, but I understand where it is coming from. Besides the just all-around awesome pleasure of anal sensation, plugs add a locked in sensation of being full. For guys there is the added bonus of prostrate stimulation.

I think there are lots of nerve endings there that can be very pleasurable if stimulated. The pleasure is obviously not the same as the regular sex organ, but I believe they can also be stimulated indirectly from anal play.

If you wear one when using a dildo vaginally, it'll push the dildo into the g-spot. The same goes for wearing one during sex. Plus the anus has a large number of nerve endings. But there's really no good way to describe sensations, you'll have to give it a try.

Do you like anal play? If you don't like anal play then you probably won't like a butt plug. If you do like anal play then you might - it stays put and gives a constant low to mid level stimulation.
