Yes, but the small end is too floppy to be much good in a harness. And look out for that final bead, it's a lot bigger than the previous bead, so it can hurt. I suppose a reply two years later is not much help, but maybe someone else will have the same question and this reply will help them.

You COULD, barring some weird complication like not being able to get the O-ring over the final bead, but I can't imagine it would be fun to use in a harness. Also, yes, the last bead is very big and can hurt a lot, so be careful!
