You have to pinch the two ends together to insert, I don't think it can be that difficult. I would try it if I knew I was getting a toy that was the right size for my anal play.

Not sure I'd be interested in using it, but I think you could definitely leave it sitting out when company comes over because it does NOT look like an anal toy. More like deer antlers, as someone else said.

It might take some warm up but looks like it can be done, depends on the size and material. If it is silicone it may be harder. Looks like it would be very stimulating though, sign me up.

This thing is amazing. You hold the prongs together for insertion as then let it give you a feeling of fullness, without a lot of weight. It stays in place and can be worn for a whole. Since the prongs are light, it is very easy to remove. And it's made with silicone. Definitely worth trying even though it may look strange.
