Depends on the toy. For plugs; say toy's 6" or less in length, 3 to 3.5 inches is great as long as they have a tapered tip. I prefer depth play though and right now my favorite dildo measures 2.6" at the tip.

I've tried 1.75 and that hurt like a bugger, so I try to keep it at 1 1/2.

I don't see how anyone could take a 3" or bigger....

Did 3.25 once after a long session, but it was still very uncomfortable. I think I top out at about 3 inches for enjoyment.

It may seem impressive, but being a size queen can get pretty expensive pretty fast. Especially if you want quality toys.
