I picked the Sedeux, I would also recommend looking at the Tantus Acute. Great feel and works good for Prostate stimulation.

I wouldn't bother with the Silk Small. It's tiny. Might as well use a finger until you work up to the Silk Medium.

Small Silk is too short and you'll probably be frustrated. Tantus Curve is good, as is the Vixen Smooth Operator. Any of the other ones on your list will probably be just fine, play around with fingers and see what size you like.

The difference between the Silk and the Please is primarily the company that makes it.

Mistress comes with a head. This can be a good or bad - good parts are enhanced prostate stimulation and an indicator of when you're about to pop out. Bad parts are a little more difficult to insert (widest point is usually at the head in a headed dildo) and the fact that some people really don't want a "real looking" dildo inserted into them.

I like the small silk just because it's not intimidating, lacks a sculpted head, and is a bit smaller around the shaft. It won't hurt as much going in as the others most likely. Whichever you choose, though, use a LOT of lube and condoms.

I use the mistress to warm up but is good for pegging. Not too big and very smooth for beginners. It has a wonderful base for strap on use and it has the extra reach you will want when wearing a harness. The anal cavity is very deep so length really isn't as much of a concern as width.

I've had Mistress for years and am still fond of it. I think lube tends to cling better when there is a ridge or "veins".

My vote was for the Sedeux Please. In addition to being the lowest cost, it's very high quality, absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for any anal explorations. My husband chose it for his first pegging dildo and still enjoys it. Of course that's just our opinion. Good luck deciding if you haven't already

I voted Silk Medium. Hubby is very, very tight and the Medium does the trick well, although the Mistress may well be on our hit-list for a future purchase.

I agree. The head made me pass on this one plus its expensive for what it is. I prefer that my toys don't look real. Plus I'm scared of the head catching in a odd way.

I vote for the Medium Silk. I own one myself and it's durable, smooth, and very beginner-friendly. As at least one other poster has mentioned, the Small Silk is only about the size of a finger, so I'd caution against spending the money on it; just use a finger or two until he can take more. Finally, even though the Mistress and Medium Silk are similar in size, consider whether you and your partner prefer (semi-)realistic or non-realistic. If you or your partner are like me and prefer the non-realistic, then the Medium Silk is a good choice.
