I'm looking for an anal plug that can be comfortably and safely worn for longer periods of time that also provide lots of stimulation!! I don't want a plug suddenly falling out at the mall or work. Any and all thought appreciated, thanks

You put in a plug with a narrow neck. Then it won't come OUT. How do you relax your anal sphincter to get it out...short of the dreaded ER visit?
Had a new toy with a VERY narrow neck. Only got it out using a LOT of lube squeezed in between muscle and toy using a fine plastic tip applicator...

My husband loves the Pure Plugs for long term wear. They come in a few sizes so you can pick what would work best: Small, Medium, Large, and if you want something really large - the 2.0.
I also recently reviewed the Icicles No. 25. It's on the larger end but is really comfy to wear long term.

My medium Pure Plug is the best plug I've found for long-term wear. Second best is the Tantus Ryder.

Using butt plugs out in public might cause one some anxiety (understandably so!). For that, I would suggest wearing a tight pair of underwear or a thong to assist. My Mistress makes me wear a butt plug harness and it works wonderfully to prevent my plug from going anywhere once inserted, even if I wanted it out
