Tantus severing intermediate

Contributor: Trouble 63 Trouble 63
I was so excited to receive my Severin yesterday, I immediately had to try it out. I had read such great reviews. After a few minutes, I was able to ge it in. It was definitely large for me and a little uncomfortable. After I stood up and flexed my cheeks some, the base slid inside me. Very scary. Not sure I can trust this one. Has anyone else had this experience?

Wow, that would be a dealbreaker for me. Could've been a trip to the emergency room.
Looking at the base/neck ratio I could see that base folding slightly and going in.
I would definitely stay away from it.

Thanks for the heads up, hope you are ok. How did you get it out?
I'm sticking to the NJoy Pure Plug, never had an issue with them.

Is this the Tantus Severin Medium you're talking about?

Eek! You should have posted this in the Tantus section. They love feedback and this is definitely the type of feedback they'd want.

I have the Severin and it one of my favorites. I've never had a problem although this is the second thread I've seen about it slipping in for someone, so maybe I'm just lucky.

After reading your story, go with the large.

I think they were both started by the same member.

I've never had a problem with the Severin, and my only problem with Ryder was when it was being pushed. My guess is that he got a plug that didn't have quite enough silicone poured in the mold so the base was a bit thin. Not likely to happen given Tantus' quality control, but possible.
