Does anybody other than the couple of reviews have any experience with this for prostate massage? It does not have a base so not sure if it is okay or not.

We own this and use the SMALL part for anal play, but no way would it reach or be useable as a prostate massager for a guy. Sorry.

Wouldn't be usable as a P-spot massager for a guy, because it's too small.
